The apartment has central heating and is double glazed throughout. It has a spacious lounge and dining room with en-suite private patio and barbecue area. Facilities include 24 hour high speed wireless Internet access, working desk with executive leather armchair, library, tropical aquarium, satellite TV, video, DVD and HiFi Sound system. For entertaining, there is a fully fitted kitchen. The bathroom has a massive oval bath, shower and "his" and "hers" washbasins and a separate toilet. The master bedroom features a king size bed, underfloor heating system, full fitted wardrobes throughout and a security safe.
There is also a double bed sofa in the living room and an additional single bed can be added to accommodate a maximum of 5 persons.
The rate is 175 Euro per day for single occupancy, 200 Euro per day for double occupancy, plus 50 Euro per day for each additional person. A 100 Euro refundable deposit is charged for each set of security keys provided. All payment is by cash only, due on arrival.
